Blackberry App: BBM v6.1.0.49 Official (Non-Appworld OTA Links)
Blackberry have just released BBM v6.1 bringing a whole new list of features:
- Support for Animated Avatars – display pictures can now be animated!
- Enjoy a new selection of Emoticons
- Double the space to update your Personal Messages
- Customize the colour of chat bubbles for your contacts
- Simpler display picture update from the camera app – snap a picture and display it on BBM right away!
I’m aware some people, in some countries and regions, don’t have access to Blackberry App World, so here are OTA links hosted on our server.

How do u get the different bubble colors
Once you’ve installed v6.1 and rebooted your phone, view any contacts profile and it says ‘Bubble Colour:’
